There are many ways to decide on your menu. You may have specific dishes in mind that you'd like me to cook or we can work together on understanding your preferences before I create one for you. Choosing A Dinner Menu

Our clients typically ask for 3, 5 or 7 course dinners with Canapés, Cheeseboards and Wine pairing often requested in addition to these. We pride ourselves on our personal service and by booking myself as your private chef, I will tailor my service to meet your specific needs and desires.

I'll open the private dining experience with a homemade bread served with organic butter before serving a luxury starter dish of your choice. A main dish is then brought to your table before ending the night with one of our famous and very tasty desserts, followed always by a complementary sweet treat.

A bespoke 5 course dinner typically starts with a homemade bread that is full of wonderful flavours before serving an amuse bouche, a selection of 2 starter dishes of your choice. ​A main dish is freshly prepared before finishing up with a stunning dessert and a final smaller sweet treat too.

At Paul Jowett, Private Chef, my dinner party menus are personally created, cooked and served by myself (although I may have a member of my hospitality team with me to help if your party size requires more than just me). I've gained great experience in some of Yorkshire’s finest restaurants and gastro pubs, as well as in Norway too and I hope you find my food and service to be nothing short of 5*.

The menus I create are always designed around the seasons using the finest of local ingredients produced in Yorkshire. This gives you the best possible fine dining experience with everything taken care of from start to finish.

I also work closely with local Sommeliers providing a list of wines and drink choices that are perfect to accompany the dishes I serve. If you would like us to provide the drinks, I am able to bring whatever you would like. I can also create exciting cocktails in front of your guests for an ultimate wow factor evening.
