Light Up The BBQFor Tastes From The Deep SouthOur BBQ brings authentic tastes of the USA's deep South to our secret recipe rubs for the ultimate BBQ to share. Paul and his Pitmaster will prepare a BBQ full of famous juicy flavours using the best meat from Yorkshire and cooked to perfection.
Choose from our choice of Meats and Veggies and include a choice of our fresh sides, salads, homemade breads and sauces too. We'll create a show as we cook everything in front of the party before serving everything in our recycled Kraft boxes, plates and bowls. All the cutlery, serving dishes and equipment is included so all you need to worry about is choosing a menu for your day. We'll need some running water nearby, but that's about it. Street Style FoodHire Paul Jowett For Event CateringEveryone’s going crazy for street food right now and it’s easy to see why. It’s extremely versatile, relatively inexpensive, and can be beautifully themed to a country, a style or colour scheme plus it works for both summer and winter events.
In the summer you can enjoy Mexican tapas, pulled meats or paellas paired with sangria, and as the climate grows colder in the winter months then you can swap for Bubbling beef stew and dumplings. We recommend ordering some sides, salads and nibbles, plus our street food desserts, such as crispy churros, or a banana split with hot chocolate sauce to accompany and compliment the main food offering. |
